A CNC or Computer Numerical Control Plasma cutting machine or torch is a machine that is used to cut through heavy-duty metal parts to turn them into desired shapes, sizes, and designs. At Sree Lakshmi Engineering, we have two variants - the plasma cutter and the oxy-fuel flame cutter. While the Profile Plasma cutter cuts from 3 to 25mm, the Profile flame cutter cuts upto 150mm. We also have a 7 Strip Cutting Flame cutter that cuts upto 50mm. These Plasma cutting machines ensure perfect cutting at extremely high speeds, sometimes as fast as 2.5m of metal per minute. They also offer high accuracy rates and extremely efficient results at a minimal cost. There are hand-held Plasma machines available in the market, but the CNC Plasma torch offers much more precision since it carries a straight barrel torch that is perfect for heavy-end manufacturing and fabrication.
Sub Arc Welding Trackers
Sub Arc Welding Trackers or SAW as they are called, are machines that melt and weld large structures for heavy industries. These machines deposit metal at a rate of 20-40 lbs. per hour, something that is impossible to do with a manual hand-held welding tool. This is achieved with a constant supply of high powered beams directed towards the area to be welded. Since this activity cannot be observed directly, laser seam trackers are used to monitor it. These machines are extremely useful when it comes to fabrication and assembling of large machines and metal structures. Further, with the help of the tracking systems, the weld quality can be maintained and a higher welding speed can be achieved. This leads to a highly productive process that is both effective and efficient.
